Feasibility Check (MFA & DFM )
Specific analyzing activity for every single part in terms of MFA and DFM formally DFA needed if customer asks for quote of finish product
RJC Mold Designer can work out the best solution for every single part Mold design evaluation together with internal team .
Manufacturing planning and executing
Project Engineer will support & follow up to achieve project target which agreed by both parties
Regular project meeting to review and prevent potential risk with measures.
Project Engineer will support onsite for FOT , T1 or following sampling and production process .
Check part quality and geometric factors
BU Operation will take care of SOP and good quality available according to customer’s requirement
Regular preventive maintenance needed for production Molds for assuring Mold Lifespan and part quality
Continuous improvement needed to sustain smooth production , and cycle of learning in the end .
