Why Trust RJC?

RJCmold was founded in 2002 by Mr. Louis Luo, a passionate mechanical engineer with a strong background in product development and quality control. From the very beginning, Mr. Luo believed that manufacturing is not just about making parts—it’s about solving problems, building trust, and creating long-term value for customers.

Starting as a small prototype studio in Shenzhen, he led the company through steady, hands-on growth—from manual prototyping to CNC machining, mold making, and full-scale plastic injection production. With a strong focus on process improvement and attention to detail, he laid the groundwork for what RJC is today: a reliable and fast-moving manufacturing partner serving global clients.

Mr. Luo continues to be deeply involved in the company’s operations and customer projects. His long-term mindset, patience, and responsibility have become the foundation of RJC’s culture—one built around technical integrity, client commitment, and practical problem solving.

In 2021, to better support our North American clients, we established RJC American Inc., a U.S.-based branch focused on local service, faster communication, and smoother project coordination. The same values and standards that shaped our growth in China now help us build stronger relationships across borders.

Our Culture and Commitment

At RJC, we operate with the mindset of engineers—not just fulfilling orders, but thinking deeply about how to deliver the best results. Our team follows the founder’s principles: fast response, clear analysis, fair pricing, and precision execution.
