Leveraging our in-house precision injection molds, RJCmold delivers efficient, stable, and traceable injection molding mass production.
1. Injection Mold Manufacturing.

Covers the export mold process from DFM (Design for Manufacturability) to mold validation, ensuring the mold meets injection production requirements. Once the customer approves the mold, it moves to the next stage.
2. Trial Mold Sample Approval
Before mass production, trial mold samples are produced for customer approval and signature. Approved samples are archived for future production reference.
3. Production Order Conversion
Production plans are developed based on customer purchase orders, specifying materials, machines, molds, and quality inspection standards. Material preparation and production scheduling are then initiated.
4. Scheduled Production
Injection molding production is organized according to the schedule. Temperature, pressure, and cycle parameters are consistently controlled to ensure product uniformity.
5. Quality Control During Production
IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) along with first-piece and random inspections are implemented. Statistical tools are used to monitor critical dimensions and appearance. Any anomalies are addressed promptly.
6. Packaging and Shipment
Products are cleaned, deburred, assembled, and packaged according to customer requirements. After final inspection, items are boxed, warehoused, and shipped on schedule.
